Kite Magic: A Tribute to the Element Air
Written by Tracy Jeffrey with illustrations by Danielle Rawnsley-Galistan

What a gorgeous, colourful, Pagan based story book this is for pre-schoolers! It’s the story of a little girl Alana and how her Nanna asks the element of Air to help Alana fly her new kite. Alana learns from her Nanna that wishes can come true and that magic is real. She also learns to respect the elements and magic and that when making wishes, to be careful what she wishes for.

With beautiful illustrations and a story to melt your heart, this book is the first in a series of four, each one covering one of the elements or Air, Fire, Water and Earth. It’s a great book to sit down and read with your younger children and a wonderful way to introduce the Pagan concepts of the elements and of magic to your little ones in a meaningful, sensible yet entertaining way. And while the story book has an important lesson and message to give, I bet the little ones will also love the humour when the seagulls poop on the naughty boys’ heads!

Enjoy!
